The location and the managers.
Pillows were too hard. The bed was too hard. The air-conditioner was filthy. Cheap toilet paper. A large cockroach flew into the bed during the night. Internet was too expensive.

new-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable beds, great pool. the bathroom was large and the staff was super friendly and amazingly nice. absolutely fabulous views, excellent service with parking on site. late check-out.

Amy and Jason were absolutely amazing hosts! After a short time of talking to them, they felt like old friends. Was wonderful to have such friendly and accommodating managers. It makes the whole holiday experience that much more enjoyable. Would 100% stay here again. The room had been recently refurbished and was absolutely beautiful. Nothing negative to say at all. Thank you for making our first family holiday so wonderful!

We had a relaxing few days. Dawn was very friendly when we checked in and out. The room was adequate & clean. I was very impressed the the balcony & outside furniture was clean & dust free. Well done. I also was most impressed with the size of the shower. It was nice to have plenty of room in the shower for once. Yes, we wil return.

great location, everything you need within walking distance. Managers were amazing, friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful time playing with their adorable dog!
